A more personal way to create

Draft guide 01

Preparing personalization text

A short checklist for making names, dates, and phrases easier to review before proofing.

Start with the exact characters

Write the text exactly as it should appear, including capitalization, punctuation, spacing, and any meaningful accents. Treat the on-screen preview as a positioning aid, not a final production proof.

Read it in a second context

Review the text outside the customizer, then ask another person to read it without prompting. A fresh reading can surface unintended spacing or spelling before approval.

Keep the final proof distinct

The approved production workflow should preserve a clear final proof step. Do not infer production accuracy from the prototype preview alone.
